MAASS has been developing and producing High Speed Slicers for the salmon processing industry from 1976. Since its inception, MAASS has continued to develop cold cutting technology. This increases the production capacity of the machines, without compromising on quality. The cold cutting technology allows up to three tons of salmon per day (in shifts) to be sliced with one MAASS salmon cutter.
