Baader Filleting Line

This Baader Filleting Line 36, 482, 520 and 56 is a fully automatic filleting line for herring or other pelagic species.

This machine processes smaller herring-like fish from about 17 to about 32 cm in total length (= 40 to 210 g) and outputs all commercial herring parts, with a throughput of up to 300 fish/min. Thanks to the separate drive of the cutting and filleting section, only the cutter can be used for studding.
