The Mainali Automatic RB-1 Double Cut Bandsaw is designed for the optimum cutting resulting in equal thickness of portions of any desired frozen product; meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, etc.  The double blade bandsaw doubles your production time in one swift movement!

• – Unlike other saws, the new Mainali automatic double cut bandsaw isn’t only more accurate and adaptable to any frozen product, it also multiplies your production.
• – The double cut bandsaw is designed to work automatically and with precision.  The saw cuts your product accurately at the predetermined measurements of any frozen product: meat, fish, vegetables, cheeses, etc.
• – All the parameters of the loader, such as the thickness, the speed of the cut, the movements of advance and recoil, are controlled electronically.

Maximum Security

• -The bandsaw incorporates a unique Quick Protection System to avoid any risk to the operator.

Adaptable to any Product

• -The product holder is designed according to the need of each product to be cut, thus achieving a much closer cut.  Once the product is cut, it is carried out of the machine by means of a conveyor belt.
