Baader 1741 Heading machine - Checked over
The Baader 1741 is a small, yet extremely efficient fish heading machine. This low maintenance heading machine really is the workhorse of its class. It can process whitefish, catfish and several other species, and with a minimal amount of moving parts, it requires very little maintenance.
The fish are fed into the conveyor system and a head cut is made using two angled, circular blades. The fish is then carried along the conveyor to the next production step, while the head is discharged into a collection area. No mess, no fuss.
This machine is Baader’s most compact, reliable and versatile heading machine. It pares the process down to the essential steps, while retaining the quality and dependability of the Baader brand.
