The Metalquimia MOLISTICK 750 crushing mill is designed for fast and efficient preparation of any type of brine and/or marinade and is particularly suitable for the preparation of high-viscosity brines.
Through the special design of the high-speed stator and crushing rotor, it combines the actions of crushing, dispersing and mixing. The jaw mill, designed to operate immersed in the liquid, produces a turbulent axial flow that provides immersion in the liquid of light ingredients such as sugars and carrageenan, which are forced to pass through the jaws by means of a radial flow that disintegrates such ingredients , facilitating their dissolution or suspension.
