The Xuclà Crate washer model 1600 with chain, is a crate washing tunnel designed to produce about 1600 crates per hour.
This model has two tanks and two pumps.
The customer supplies the hot water to the tank and, by means of electric or steam resistors, we manage to maintain the temperature. From a high production point of view, the tunnels are equipped with a rotary filter with extraction of solids to the outside. The pre-washing phase with cold water breaks down dirt particles, the washing phase with hot soapy water and rinsing with tap water ensure an optimal finish.
