The MIVEG 480 is suitable for a variety of ingredients, such as marinated or unseasoned meat, bacon, fish, vegetables and sausages. The system handles round skewers from 3.2 to 3.8 mm in diameter and lengths from 80 to 250 mm. In addition, it is compatible with flag skewers and flat skewers with lengths from 120 to 235 mm, offering a wide range of product options. With a cassette of six compartments and a block size of 28 mm, the MIVEG 480 ensures evenly cooked and juicy skewers. The jigs are easy to adjust or replace, enabling quick and efficient product changes.
